The adventure to “go international” with your sales force can be very rewarding, but it can also end in frustration and resignation if you simply copy your domestic sales strategy and apply it to a foreign market. Carrying out sales on an international level requires different strategies and skills from the ones needed for your domestic market. In order to develop strategies and sales arguments for your sales force, you need to know what it takes to break into a new market and to understand the dos and don´ts of international sales.
